AZ Fire Bowls Return & Refund Policy

At AZ Fire Bowls, our top priority is your satisfaction. We take great care in crafting high-quality fire bowls and want you to be happy with your purchase. While all sales are final, we understand that issues may arise. That’s why we individually review each case and handle returns or refunds with fairness and care.

General Return & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final on custom orders – No refunds or returns are allowed for custom orders, special color powder coatings, or made-to-order items.

  • If a product is in stock at the time of purchase, it is not considered a custom order.

  • If a product is out of stock, made to order, customized, or powder coated to a specific color of your choosing, it is considered a custom order and is non-refundable.

  • We always charge a restocking fee on all approved returns (excluding cases of shipping damage or manufacturer defects).

However, while a custom item may not be refundable, we always strive to work with our customers to find a solution. If there is an issue such as a color preference change or other concerns, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In some cases, we may be able to swap or modify the product to better meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items under the following conditions:

  • You must report defects or shipping damage within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging.

  • Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email us at info@azfirebowls.com or call us at (480) 876-3338 ext. 3 with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  2. Review Process – We carefully assess each case individually and will notify you of our decision.

  3. Shipping the Return – If approved, we will provide a return shipping label. You must return the item within 7 days of approval.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If your return is approved, you may choose:

    • A replacement at no cost to you, or

    • A refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note: Refunds can take up to 30 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, but we will do our best to resolve any concerns by working with you to modify or swap the product if possible.

Shipping Damage

  • If your fire bowl arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and notify us immediately.

  • If you have already accepted the package, take clear photos of the damage and packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
